Adrienne Evans is an experienced leader and advocate for social, economic, and environmental justice, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for HEAL Together at Race Forward and holding the position of Director at United Vision Project. With a strong commitment to transforming democratic engagement in Idaho, Evans has been the Executive Director of both United Vision For Idaho and United Action for Idaho since 2008. Active in national movements, Evans also serves as the People's Action State Director and as a Board Member for People's Action. Additionally, as a fellow with The Roddenberry Foundation and the Rockwood Leadership Institute, Evans is recognized for exceptional leadership in combating structural inequalities. Previous roles include Outreach Coordinator at the Wassmuth Center for Human Rights. Adrienne Evans holds a degree in Sociology from Boise State University.

Based in the Pacific Northwest and Mountain States, we work nationwide to strengthen inclusive democracy. There are four pillars of our work: Building Movement We strengthen the organizing capacity of often-marginalized communities, with a particular emphasis on gender justice, racial justice, and tribal sovereignty work. Developing Leaders We provide training, leadership development, and organizational capacity support to social movements and leaders committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Shifting Culture We convene culture-makers to shift the narrative and use culture as a vehicle for base-and power-building in non-traditional social change spaces. Defending Democracy We assist communities and civil society to uphold the rule of law by effectively responding to social movements that exploit bigotry and intolerance.
