Jesikah Luangaphay began their work experience in 2006 at Deloitte, where they served as an Audit Senior Manager until 2017. In 2017, they joined Western States Equipment as the Corporate Controller, a position they held until December 2018. From December 2018 onwards, they have been serving as the Vice President of Finance at Western States Equipment.
Jesikah Luangaphay completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the University of Washington from 2001 to 2005. Jesikah later pursued a Masters in Accountancy at Boise State University from 2005 to 2006.
