Heather Kaufman Luther has worked for various companies in roles such as Vice President & General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Counsel. Heather Kaufman worked at Western Sugar Cooperative as Vice President & General Counsel from February 2016 until the present. Prior to that, they worked at ICL Group from July 2004 to February 2016 as Vice President & General Counsel - Americas and Chief Compliance Officer - Global. Heather also worked at Bunge North America as Corporate Counsel from 2002 to 2004 and at Blackwell Sanders Peper Martin as an Associate from 1999 to 2002.

Heather Kaufman Luther completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business in 1996. Later, from 1996 to 1999, they pursued their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from SMU Dedman School of Law.
