Mike Kohler

Mike Kohler serves as the Maintenance & Reliability Program Specialist at Western Sugar Cooperative since July 2023. Previously, Mike worked at Chord Energy from June 2012 to April 2023 in various roles including Operations Services Supervisor, where management of maintenance, compliance, and SCADA-focused employees was a key responsibility. In this capacity, Mike oversaw the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Other roles at Chord Energy included Senior Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Scheduler/Planner, with a focus on asset tracking and improvement of compliance visibility. Earlier experience includes serving as an Inside Sales representative at Wilson Supply Company from June 2005 to June 2012, specializing in the sale and procurement of oilfield-related supplies. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from North Dakota State University, completed in May 2005.
