Tony Joyce

Tony Joyce has extensive work experience in the construction and infrastructure industry. Tony started their career in 2000 as a Project Sponsor at Kiewit, where they were responsible for overseeing various projects. In 2012, they became a Project Director for the Carlsbad Desalination Project, managing the design, construction, and start-up activities. From 2015 to 2019, they served as an Operations Manager and Project Sponsor, specializing in alternate water delivery and providing executive oversight for multi-million dollar projects. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Area Manager at Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. In 2021, they joined Western Summit Constructors Inc. as a Vice President.
