Christian Ghan

Christian Ghan has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Christian started in 2019 as the Deputy Chief Medical Information Officer for Sydney Local Health District in NSW Health. In 2020, they joined St Vincent's Health Network Sydney as the Director of Medical Services at St Joseph's Hospital and later served as the Acting Executive Director of Medical Services. In the same year, they also became an Adjunct Senior Lecturer in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Sydney. Currently, they are the Director of Medical Services at Auburn Hospital, Western Sydney Local Health District.

Christian Ghan has a Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery from the University of Melbourne. Christian also holds a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Redesign from the University of Tasmania and a Master of Health Management from UNSW. Christian is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators. Christian is certified as a Health Informatician by the Australian Institute of Digital Health and has obtained specialist medical registration from AHPRA. Additionally, Christian has completed the Foundations of Directorship course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
