Hind Benbya

Hind BENBYA serves as the Dean of the Business School at Western Sydney University since March 2025. Previously, Hind held several prominent positions at Deakin University, including Professor and Founding Director of the Centre for AI and the Future of Business, as well as Professor and Head of School for Information Systems and Business Analytics. Responsibilities in these roles encompassed strategic leadership, academic management, and the development of programs focused on business analytics and artificial intelligence. Hind has also contributed as a Visiting Policy Fellow at the Oxford Internet Institute and engaged in a wide range of academic and research roles across various prestigious institutions, including Montpellier Business School and the London School of Economics. Academic credentials include a PhD in Knowledge Management Systems implementations, alongside advanced studies in technology and innovation management from prominent institutions.
