Desirae Favela

Desirae Favela is an experienced professional currently serving as a Career Coach for ThriveDX on the West Coast since April 2022. In addition, Desirae has been an Instructor at Western Technical College in El Paso, Texas, since September 2020, focusing on Human Relations, Human Communication, and Psychology while preparing students for professional roles. Prior to this, Desirae spent over a decade at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso, where roles included Associate Director of Faculty Recruitment and Assistant Director of Faculty Recruitment, overseeing the Executive Recruitment division and managing faculty searches. Desirae commenced the education career as a High School Biology and Physical Science Teacher with EPISD from August 2007 to June 2010. Desirae holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Communications and Innovations from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor's degree in Health Promotions from The University of Texas at El Paso.
