Angela F. McKinley

Angela F. McKinley is an experienced mental health professional with a strong background in various therapeutic roles, currently serving as an ES Clinician III at Western Tidewater CSB since March 2022. Angela's qualifications include being a Resident in Counseling, Virginia Certified Prescreener, and QMHP-A & C, providing emergency assessments, counseling, and treatment referrals. Previous roles include Clinical Therapist I for the City of Portsmouth (2013-2022), Clinical Mental Health In-Home Therapist at Camelot Care Centers, and positions in various mental health and correctional facilities.
