David Kack

David Kack has extensive experience in transportation program management, with a career spanning over two decades at the Western Transportation Institute since September 2001, where roles include Program Manager for Mobility & Public Transportation and Director. Prior to this, David Kack served as Program Manager at the Western Transportation Institute while affiliated with Montana State University from 2001 to 2010. An academic background includes an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Dakota, obtained from 1983 to 1988, along with education at Bozeman High School.
