Alain Delfosse

Alain Delfosse serves as the Country Head for Japan at Western Union since March 2025 and has been an Auditor at SCCIJ since January 2011. Prior to this, Alain held several senior roles at SWIFT from January 2018 to March 2025, including Managing Director for both East Asia and Japan. Alain's extensive experience also includes a tenure as Head of Sales and Marketing at SIX Financial Information from May 2002 to December 2017, where responsibilities included net new sales, marketing strategy, and sales team management. Alain developed growth strategies for the Japanese market and managed cost and revenue for the Japanese subsidiary. Additionally, Alain contributed to the global account management framework and actively engaged in business development projects. Alain previously served on the Board of Directors and as Director and Auditor at SCCIJ from January 2004 to January 2010. Educational credentials include Executive Education in Strategy Execution from INSEAD and ongoing studies at The Japan Foundation since January 2012.
