Bhavik Shah is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience spanning over 15 years in the technology and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager in Product Management at Western Union since June 2020, Bhavik has led initiatives that include launching a customer referral program across 40 countries and integrating an e-greeting app, significantly enhancing user engagement. Previously, as Head of Product Management at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, Bhavik spearheaded a major digital transformation project and achieved recognition through multiple award nominations. Earlier roles include Senior Manager of Products at Reliance Jio Infocom Ltd., where Bhavik played a key role in developing the successful JioNet App, and positions at india.com, Geodesic, Texas Instruments, and the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Bhavik holds an M.Tech in Electronic Systems from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a B.E. in Instrumentation from the University of Mumbai.
