Jessica Halliday

Jessica Halliday is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in organizational alignment, talent strategy, and development. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Western Union since October 2016, Jessica has held multiple roles including Senior Human Resources Manager and HR Manager, where responsibilities included advising corporate leaders on strategic people issues and overseeing transformation and workforce planning efforts. Prior experience includes positions as Assistant Dean at University of Colorado Denver, supporting student and faculty interactions, and roles at University of Northern Colorado, YMCA, and Boys and Girls Club focusing on student engagement and program development. Jessica holds multiple Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and Counselor Education, as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Northern Colorado.
