Ruth Mora Barrantes has over 15 years of experience in operations and customer support, currently serving as an Operations User Enablement Analyst at Western Union since September 2008. In this role, Ruth contributes to the effectiveness of the Global Operations organization through expertise in systems, strategy, and procedure, while participating in the centralization of administrative responsibilities for global employees. Previously, Ruth held various positions at Western Union, including Workforce Scheduler and Forecaster, where accurate forecasts and staffing plans were created, and as an International Agent Support Specialist, achieving high levels of customer service efficiency.
