Suma Roy

Suma Roy is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resource management across diverse regions. Suma has been with Western Union since May 2008, advancing through roles such as Senior HR Manager for South Asia and for the Middle East & South Asia, Ukraine. Prior to Western Union, Suma served as the Business HR Head at Adventity Global Services from December 2001 to April 2008 and held the position of Assistant Manager - Human Resources at ACCOR Guestline Hotels from March 1998 to November 2001. Suma holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development and Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, completed between 1995 and 1998.
