Shane Day

Shane Day has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources for both Jaszac Investments and Western United Football Club since August 2019. Previously, Shane held the position of Director of Human Resources at G4S from April 2015 to July 2019, where the focus was on security solutions on a global scale. Additional roles include Principal at Strategic HR Management, Group General Manager Human Resources at SKILLED Group, and Vice President Human Resources at Incitec Pivot Ltd. Shane's career spans notable positions at Australian Vinyls Corporation and Orica, as well as earlier roles at ICI FILMS PTY LTD and the Australian Chamber of Manufactures. Educational qualifications include participation in the Advanced Human Resource Executive Program at the University of Michigan and studies at the Australian Graduate School of Management.
