Kellee Amerman

Kellee Amerman has extensive experience in the field of benefits management, spanning over 25 years. Kellee most recently worked as the Director of Benefits at Western Veterinary Partners, where they began in 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Total Rewards Transitions Leader (M&A) at National Veterinary Associates from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for leading the benefits aspect of acquisitions and ensuring a smooth transition for employees.

Before joining National Veterinary Associates, Amerman worked at Stonebridge Companies as the Director of Benefits from 2016 to 2021, where they strategically planned and managed health, retirement, PTO, and leave programs for a company of 3,500 employees. From 2008 to 2016, they held the position of Director of Benefits at Red Robin International, Inc., overseeing the development and implementation of benefit and wellness programs for a large organization with 28,000 employees.

Amerman also has experience as a Senior Benefits Analyst at Quantum Corporation in 2008 and as a Director of Health Risk Management at AIMCO from 1995 to 2007. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in managing benefit budgets, analyzing claim experience, implementing benefit plan changes, and driving employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
