Vince Kassube

Vince Kassube has extensive experience in payroll operations and management. Vince currently holds the position of Director, Payroll Operations at Western Veterinary Partners since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager, Payroll Operations at the same company from February 2021 to May 2022.

Before joining Western Veterinary Partners, Vince worked for Eating Recovery Center as a Payroll Manager from October 2016 to February 2021. In this role, they independently managed and delivered accurate payroll for 1800 employees across 39 states, constantly striving for improvement and exceeding expectations.

Prior to that, Vince had a seven-year accounting career with RE/MAX, LLC, where they held the position of Senior Manager, Accounts Payable & Payroll. Vince implemented internal controls, managed external audits, and led the conversion to a new ERP system. Vince also independently handled a $30 million annual payroll for 300 employees, ensuring compliance and managing audits.

Vince's earlier experiences include working as an Internal Operations Auditor at Palo Alto, Inc. from February 2001 to September 2007, and as a Regional Auditor at EZCORP from October 1998 to October 2000. Vince began their career as an Accounts Payable Processor at Rapid Motors from May 1997 to June 1998.

Vince Kassube holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Black Hills State University. In 2015, they obtained a certification as a Certified Accounts Payable Professional from the Institute of Financial Operations. In 2016, Vince achieved the designation of a Certified Payroll Professional, both from the American Payroll Association and the American Payroll Association (APA).
