Olivea Holley

Olivea Holley serves as the Senior Director of Operations and Payroll Document Review Services at Epiq since July 2021, where responsibilities include enhancing reviewer experience and leading a team focused on digital and data transformation for improved operational efficiency. Additionally, Olivea holds the position of Global Chair for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Prior to Epiq, Olivea was with Consilio LLC from 2015 to June 2021, progressing from Senior Recruiting Manager-Utilization to Sr Recruiting Manager and Recruiter, focusing on strategic operations and talent recruitment in the legal sector. Earlier experience includes roles at Legal Source and Huron Legal, as well as serving as Assistant Director of Admissions at Western State College of Law. Olivea earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Howard University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from Villanova University.
