Roger Blankenship

Roger Blankenship is an accomplished professional in the water authority sector with a comprehensive background in operations and asset management. Currently serving as the Director of Plant Assets and the Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Western Virginia Water Authority since September 2022, Roger has previously held multiple roles within the same organization from October 2004 to September 2019, including Director of Water Operations, Director of Field Operations, Assistant Director of Field Operations, and Civil Engineer II. Roger holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
