Lea Kaiser

Lea Kaiser currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Western Wisconsin Health since May 2022. Prior to this role, Lea Kaiser held several positions at Fairview Health Services, including System Director of Finance Operation for Acute Care and Director of Finance for UMMC from September 2019 to May 2022. Lea Kaiser's earlier experience includes directing finance operations at HealthEast, where roles included Director of Finance for Acute Care, Director of Finance for Bethesda Hospital and Community Services, and Senior Accountant, from July 2005 to August 2021. Lea Kaiser earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of St. Thomas between 2000 and 2002 and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Winona State University from 1996 to 2000.
