Manoj Nair

Manoj Nair is an accomplished global digital transformation leader with extensive experience in supply chain and source-to-pay business processes. Currently serving as Ariba lead at Westernacher Consulting since August 2024, Manoj is responsible for implementing Ariba solutions globally, enhancing supply chain collaboration, optimizing material cost planning, and automating processes using AI and ML technologies. Previously, from September 2022 to September 2024, Manoj held the position of Director of Customer Success for North America and Europe at Prospecta Software. Manoj's prior experience at Colgate-Palmolive includes roles such as Associate Director and Senior Manager, focusing on supply chain management and SAP solutions over a span of more than two decades. Manoj's career commenced at Zenith Computers and ICIM, with a strong foundation in systems support and network administration, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from the University of Mumbai.
