Brooke Fleming joined Westerra Credit Union as Chief Lending Officer in late 2021 and quickly became a valuable member of the team, leading development of the credit union’s lending strategies and ensuring outstanding member service in all lending operations. Fleming draws on more than 18 years of banking experience, including transforming digital lending and new account units, modernizing customer experience and overhauling legacy operations. She attended University of Wisconsin, Graduate School of Banking and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado. Fleming has been recognized in the community as an Apple Society Member of Junior Achievement and by Jefferson County for her volunteer efforts with Hope House of Colorado and Colorado Homeless Families. She currently serves as Board Chair for the Public Education Business Coalition and participates as a mentor in the Professional Mentorship Program at the CU Boulder Leeds School of Business.
