Paul Farley

Paul Farley is a seasoned professional with over 32 years of government service, including 15 years in senior executive positions at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at WestExec Advisors since August 2023, Paul Farley previously held the role of Senior Intelligence Officer at the CIA from December 2001 to December 2022. During tenure at the CIA, Paul Farley served as Assistant Director for both South and Central Asia and the Western Hemisphere, overseeing all operations in those regions. Prior experience includes serving as a Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State, with assignments in various Latin American countries. Paul Farley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Wayne State University.
