Christopher Marx is an experienced HR professional with a background in human resources management and digital transformation. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Westfalen AG since October 2021, Christopher previously held the position of Junior HR Business Partner and engaged in research related to mobile work as a Masterand Personal. Prior experience includes a role in personnel development and recruitment at KLEUSBERG GmbH & Co. KG and internships at Bruker UK Limited and Bruker Corporation, where Christopher contributed to onboarding initiatives. Christopher holds an M.A. in Human Resources Management & Digital Transformation from the International School of Management, alongside a Master’s degree in Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Europea.
