Catalina Gomez

Catalina Gomez is a seasoned professional in the field of Human Resources and organizational culture, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Westfalia Fruit since January 2023. Previously, Catalina held the position of Gerente Gente & Cultura at COMPAÑÍA NACIONAL DE LEVADURAS LEVAPAN S.A from November 2015 to February 2022, and served as Jefe de Talento Humano at Interactuar from November 2011 to October 2015. Prior experience includes a role as Jefe de Gestion Humana at Surtiquimicos from August 2007 to September 2011, and working as a Psychologist at ManpowerGroup from April 2004 to March 2006.
