Wim Destoop

Wim Destoop serves as the Global Chief Customer Officer and President Europe at Westfalia Fruit, starting in October 2023. Previously, Destoop spent over two decades at PepsiCo, culminating in the role of Senior Vice President for Northern Europe, overseeing a business unit with a P&L responsibility of $1.2 billion across 12 countries. Other notable positions at PepsiCo included Vice President and General Manager for North West Europe and Benelux, with responsibilities for significant P&L management and leading large commercial organizations. Early career roles included Division Manager for Beverages at Carrefour Belgium and Brand & Trade Development Manager at Danone. Wim Destoop holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of Antwerp.
