Steffen Smith

Steffen Smith is a seasoned marketing communications professional with extensive experience in writing and creative direction. Currently serving as a Senior Writer at Westfall Gold since February 2017, Steffen previously held the role of Principal and Creative Director at Content Creative from March 1999 to January 2017, where a successful partnership with Chick-fil-A was established. Earlier experience includes Senior Copywriter and Associate Creative Director positions at BKV, a prominent direct response agency in Atlanta, from March 1997 to March 1999, during which time Steffen developed a strong portfolio of nonprofit direct mail packages and television spots for notable brands such as Dirt Devil and Georgia Power. Steffen holds a BA in Mass Communication from the University of South Florida and an AA in Journalism from Broward College.
