Kendrick Darneal, MBA, AINS, currently serves as the Small Business Territory Manager for Westfield, developing growth and profit strategies in Tennessee. With extensive experience in the insurance industry, Kendrick has held positions such as Competitive Insight Consultant at AlphaSights, where expertise is provided to companies entering the insurance sector. Previous roles include Commercial Field Leader at Farmers Insurance, Senior Project Manager at Bridgestone, Product Manager and Project Manager at Nationwide Insurance Company, and Underwriting Manager at State Farm®, leading teams and managing complex projects.
