Kirk Lammers has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of IT operations and technology. Kirk began their career in 2008 at Maritz Research, where they worked in the Coding Department and also served as a Spanish Translator. In this role, they used text mining principles and software to analyze survey responses.
In 2011, Lammers joined SafeAuto Insurance Company, where they held various roles, including Configuration Management Analyst, Application Support System Administrator, Application Support System Engineer, and IT Shared Services System Engineer. In these positions, they were responsible for configuring builds, scripts, deployments, and source code control. Kirk also provided support for claims, human resources software, and document management software.
In 2014, Lammers worked as a Technical Release Coordinator at TEKsystems before joining Hyland, creator of OnBase, as a Technical Consultant. In these roles, they gained experience in release coordination and consulting.
Lammers returned to TEKsystems in 2015 as a Technical Release Analyst and Change Control Coordinator. In these positions, they contributed to ITSM Release Management and enforced change control policies.
Since 2017, Lammers has been with Westfield, where they started as a Release Engineer 2, defining release and incident management policies and procedures. Kirk then progressed to the role of Release Engineer 3, and currently, they serve as the IT Operations Technology Lead.
Throughout their career, Lammers has demonstrated expertise in IT operations, release management, configuration management, and technical support. Kirk has contributed to the development and implementation of various systems and has provided guidance and support to other team members.
Kirk Lammers received a B.A. degree in Computer and Information Science from The Ohio State University in the years 2006 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained certifications in DevOps Foundation from Learning Tree International and ITIL Foundation Level from Simplilearn in 2018.
