Lauren Ford

Lauren Ford possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and hospitality management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Westgate Resorts, Lauren has held various roles within the organization, including Talent Acquisition Manager for both Food & Beverage and University Relations, as well as roles focused on Onboarding, Call Center, and Sales & Marketing. Previous experience includes positions at Orlando Predators in Merchandise Operations, Director of Hospitality and Member Services and Escape Planner at Legacy Escapes, and Welcome Center Agent at Westgate Resorts. Lauren began the career as a Front Office Agent at Naples Bay Resort. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida Gulf Coast University between 2007 and 2011.
