Thomas Sparks

Thomas Sparks is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Procurement F&B Senior Manager at Westgate Resorts since February 2020. Previously, Thomas held multiple leadership roles within Westgate Resorts, including General Manager positions at both Westgate Cocoa Beach Resort and Westgate South Beach Resort, and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Westgate Villas and Towncenter. Prior to Westgate, Thomas was Culinary Manager at Lucky's Market and Director of Operations at Graffiti Junktion American Burger Bar. Earlier in the career, Thomas worked as Senior Kitchen Manager at Carrabba's Italian Grill and Chef Specialist at Publix. Thomas is an alumnus of Johnson & Wales University, where studies were completed from 2002 to 2005.
