Andrew Germansky is the Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Westhab. Andrew has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on affordable housing.

Germansky began their career as a Real Estate Analyst at Forsyth Street Advisors in 2009. Andrew then transitioned to The Mind Company, where they served as Client Services Manager and Commercial Development. In this role, they were responsible for business development, commercial operations, and growth strategies for sales and marketing. Andrew also managed the company-wide CRM program and acted as Client Services Manager for existing and potential clients.

In 2010, Germansky joined Omni New York LLC as an Assistant Project Manager. Andrew was promoted to Project Manager in 2012 and Senior Project Manager in 2014. In 2016, they were promoted again to Assistant Vice President. Andrew held this position until December 2017, when they assumed their current role at Westhab.
