David Kaplan

David Kaplan is an experienced professional in finance, law, and real estate, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Worldwide Flight Services since August 2021. In addition, David is the Managing Principal at Airside Analytics LLC, specializing in quantitative air cargo investment and development since 2001. Prior experience includes holding the position of Managing Director at Prudential Securities from 1998 to 2001, focusing on investment banking and project finance, and being a Partner at Adorno & Zeder from 1992 to 1998, where the focus was on project and public finance law. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, a JD in Law and Tax from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law, and a BA/MA in History from Emory University.
