Kristal Jiménez

Kristal Jiménez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kristal started their career as a Paralegal/Administrative Manager at Molina, Villaplana, Colon, & Baker LLP in 2012, followed by a role as a Fellowship Coordinator at Columbia University Medical Center in 2014. Kristal then transitioned to become the Director of Operations at Building Maintenance Solutions from 2015 to 2018. Kristal then worked as an Executive Office Administrator at Columbia University in the City of New York from 2018 to 2021. Kristal also worked as a Human Resources Onboarding professional at Veterinary Emergency Group from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they hold a position as the Human Resources Director of Staff Development at Westhab, Inc. Kristal is also the Co-Founder of KJ On2 - Combinacion Perfecta - 'Dance Company' since 2004.

Kristal Jiménez (she/her) has a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy with a Legal Concentration and Communications from Manhattanville College, which they completed from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Yonkers High School from 2004 to 2008, where they completed their International Baccalaureate. Currently, they are pursuing a SHR Professional Certification in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the New York Institute of Technology. In addition, Kristal has a certification as a Zumba Instructor.
