Samantha Valencia

Samantha Valencia currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Property and Asset Management at Westhab, Inc., a position held since November 2019, where prior experience includes serving as the Director of Asset Management. Before Westhab, Valencia worked at JHM Group of Companies as a Senior Developer from November 2017 to November 2019. Samantha's career in property management began at The Richman Group, where roles included District Manager and Property Manager from September 2014 to October 2017, as well as holding Property Manager and Project Coordinator positions at Fordham Bedford Housing Corporation between June 2012 and September 2014. Additional experience includes working as a Development Assistant at University Neighborhood Housing Program and as a Networks Associate at Mercer. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts from Siena College and a Master of Science from Hunter College, and is an alumnus of The Ursuline School.
