CJ has over ten years of experience in the Talent Acquisition field. For the past six years, CJ has been with Dell, where they were responsible for headhunting top talent and continuing Dell’s transformation into an end to end solutions provider.

Prior to Dell, CJ was with Victoria's Promise, where they were responsible for sourcing technical talent.

CJ is experienced in Boolean Search Logic and X-Ray Talent Sourcing. CJ is also a certified Recruitment Training Specialist.
