Ben Solich's work experience includes several roles in various companies. Ben started their career at Union Carbide in 1997 as a Process Engineer. After that, they worked at Dow Chemical as a Senior Process Engineer from 2001 to 2006. In 2005, they joined Brunswick Boat Group as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Ben then joined Westinghouse Electric Company in 2007 and held the position of Westinghouse Program Manager until 2013. Ben was subsequently promoted to Director of Project Management and later became the Sr. Director of Supplier Performance in 2017. In 2022, they took on the role of Director of Westinghouse Parts Sales. Presently, Ben holds the position of Vice President of Sales at Westinghouse Electric Company.
Ben Solich completed their Executive MBA at the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University, where they studied from 1992 to 1997.
