Daniel Cope is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Westinghouse Electric Company since May 2006, Daniel oversees a team of 15 engineers within the Americas Plant Engineering group, focusing on Installation and Modification Services to successfully implement a range of projects. Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of Project Manager at Aker Solutions from September 1989 to April 2006, where responsibilities included project administration, budget management, and customer relations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Design Engineer at Duke Power, specializing in piping stress analysis for nuclear and fossil fuel power plants, and beginning as a Co-op Engineer at Marathon Oil Company, where foundational engineering skills were developed through various assignments. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
