Daniel Duran

Daniel Duran, MBA, PMP, CBCP, is an accomplished operations and project management professional with extensive experience in the nuclear power and fitness industries. Currently serving as Field Operations Manager and Facility Manager at Westinghouse Electric Company, Duran oversees a 24-acre site and manages all aspects of field service, manufacturing, logistics, and capital budgets. Duran also owns WERKFIT, LLC, managing two personal training gyms that foster a supportive environment for trainers. Previous roles include Regional Facility Operations Integration Engineer at Meta and Director of Operations at NPTU Charleston, where Duran led a team of 1,800 in the operation of nuclear power plants. Duran's early career in the US Navy involved significant leadership positions focused on program management and reactor operations. Educational credentials include an MBA from The Citadel and a Bachelor's in Nuclear Energy Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University.
