Deb Wagner

Deb Wagner has a diverse background in organizational development and leadership development. Deb is currently working as the Organizational Development Lead, Global Talent Management at Westinghouse Electric Company since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at PPG as the Global Leader, Performance and Leadership Development from 2019 to 2021 and as the Leadership Development Manager, USCA from 2019 to 2021. In 2017, they served as the Sr. Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Westinghouse Electric Company. Before that, from 2013 to 2019, Deb Wagner worked as the President/Principal Consultant at Proficio Performance, LLC, where they offered their expertise in learning and organizational development processes. Deb also held managerial positions at Giant Eagle, Inc. as the Manager, Organizational Development from 2012 to 2013 and as the Manager, Instructional Design/Organizational Development Specialist from 2011 to 2012. Earlier in their career, Deb Wagner worked as the Organizational Learning & Development Manager at Butler Health System from 2000 to 2007 and as the General Science Instructor at Western School of Health and Business Careers in 1991.

Deb Wagner earned a Master of Science degree in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University, College of Engineering, from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed coursework in Health Education towards a Master of Education degree at Pennsylvania State University, Shenango Campus in 1990. Deb's undergraduate degree is a BS in Biology/Secondary Education, which they obtained from Grove City College from 1985 to 1989. In addition to their education, Deb has obtained certifications such as Leadership Development Succession Strategist from Human Capital Institute (HCI) in 2018, SPHR from HRCI in 2011, and Lominger Interview Architect and Lominger Leadership Architect from KornFerry International.
