Joseph Pricener

Joseph Pricener is an accomplished legal professional specializing in regulatory compliance and environmental health and safety. Since July 2014, Joseph has served as Assistant General Counsel at Westinghouse Electric Company, focusing on EHS matters, regulatory compliance, M&A activity, and commercial agreements, along with oversight of real estate transactions and the company's workers' compensation program. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Counsel and Environmental Attorney at United States Steel Corporation, as well as Counsel at the Allegheny County Health Department. Joseph holds a Master's degree in Environmental Science and Management and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in Environmental Law, both from Duquesne University, completed between 2003 and 2006.
