Melissa Alice Desandre

Melissa Alice DeSandre is an experienced engineering program manager with a robust background in nuclear engineering and project management. Currently serving as an Engineering Program Manager at United Technologies since February 2018, Melissa previously held the position of Deputy Engineering Program Manager at Westinghouse Electric Company, contributing to significant projects such as the design and delivery of Instrumentation and Control Systems for various nuclear units. With earlier roles at Northrop Grumman as Nuclear Engineer and Senior Engineering Project Manager, Melissa brings a wealth of expertise to the field. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut and completed a Management Development Program in Project Management at Boston University.
