Phil Simmons

Phil Simmons has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 30 years. Phil currently holds the position of Director, Global Human Resources Operations Delivery at Westinghouse Electric Company, where they manage HR organizations. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Human Resources Manager at the same company, providing support to various business segments. Phil has also worked as a Human Resources Leader at Trane, overseeing HR operations for a manufacturing and engineering operation. Phil held the role of Human Resources Vice President at Arc One, LLC, where they led the transformation of HR functions and implemented retention programs. As the Human Resources Director at UNILIN, they managed HR for a greenfield manufacturing subsidiary. Phil began their career at PBR Columbia LLC, where they created the HR function for a start-up automotive components manufacturing company. Phil also served as a Human Resources Manager at Cone Mills, where they handled HR operations for a textile plant during a period of significant business downturn.

Phil Simmons earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The Citadel in the years 1982 to 1986. Phil also holds additional certifications, including Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management and Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute.
