Rosette Ghazalian, MSODL, PMP, currently serves as the Employee Experience Manager for Global Talent Management & Culture at Westinghouse Electric Company, a leader in nuclear energy innovation and sustainability. With extensive experience in talent management and organizational development, Rosette previously held the role of Sr. Talent Management Specialist at PPL Corporation, where initiatives to enhance employee experience and advance DEIB strategies were key responsibilities.
