Tapas Pradhan

Tapas Pradhan is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture and development, currently serving as a Sr Systems Architect at Westinghouse Electric Company since November 2021, where contributions include managing a BPM application for Nuclear Parts Operations and streamlining order management processes. Prior to this, Tapas held leadership roles at Cognizant as Associate Director, overseeing a 19-member team, and at CVS Health as a Software Engineering Advisor, where project delivery was a key focus. With a background that includes positions at Cambridge Semantics, Pegasystems, Infosys, Axiom Sources, Siemens PLM Software, and YASU Technologies, Tapas has consistently driven innovation and efficiency through various technological initiatives, particularly in PEGA, Java, and Scala. Tapas earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela in 2000.
