Dawn Lee-Tremblay

Dawn Lee-Tremblay is a seasoned Senior Technical Programme Manager at WestJet, with a focus on airline operations and strategy since November 2012. In this role, Dawn has been instrumental in managing significant projects, including the integration of Airport Operations during the WestJet and Sunwing M&A, and the eMRO upgrade from Trax 12. Previously, as a Senior Product Owner, Dawn executed product visions to enhance airport operations and developed the DevOps practice. Dawn also played a key role in WestJet's first Joint Venture Programme and managed critical technology launches during tenure at Swoop. With prior experience as a Senior Project Manager at NASDAQ OMX and project management roles in various organizations, coupled with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary, Dawn brings extensive expertise in project and program management, vendor relationships, and the implementation of complex systems across multiple industries. Dawn holds certifications as a PMP, CSM, and in Prosci.
