Gandeephan Ganeshalingam

Gandeephan Ganeshalingam has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Gandeephan joined WestJet in 2018 and has held several executive positions, including Vice President of Technical Operations, Vice President of Procurement and Supply Chain, and Vice President of Global Projects & Business Transformation. Prior to WestJet, Ganeshalingam worked at GE as the Chief Innovation Officer from 2013 to 2018. Before that, they served as the Global Innovation Director at Avery Dennison Label and Packaging Materials from 2011 to 2013 and as the Lean Six Sigma Director for North America from 2008 to 2011.

Gandeephan Ganeshalingam obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo between 1994 and 1999. They later pursued a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Strategy from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, completing the program between 2008 and 2010. In addition, Ganeshalingam holds a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Avery Dennison Label and Packaging Materials, obtained in 2006.
