Joielene Reid

Joielene Reid is a seasoned professional in data analytics and systems analysis with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as a Program Manager - Analytics at WestJet since August 2012, Joielene previously held roles as a Senior Analyst - Data and Analytics and Senior System Analyst within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Process Analyst at Calgary Airport Authority and a Systems Support Analyst at Forzani Group. Joielene also worked as a Systems Analyst at LTS Pinnacle Holdings and began a career as a Quality Information Systems Engineer at Hitachi Computer Products.
