Richard Tanner

Richard Tanner has had a diverse range of work experiences in the legal field. Richard began their career as a lawyer at Scott Venturo LLP in 2005, where they worked until 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Lawyer at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP / S.E.N.C.R.L., S.R.L. Richard then joined Canadian Pacific Railway as a Legal Counsel from 2014 to 2017. After that, they worked as a Legal Counsel for Litigation and Employment at TransCanada from 2017 to December 2017. Currently, they are serving as a Director Legal, Labour Relations at WestJet since December 2017.

Richard Tanner attended the University of Manitoba from 1996 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and LLB degree in English Language and Literature, General.
